General Terms and Conditions GoGetStickers

Article 1 - Definitions

In these general terms and conditions, the following terms are used in the following meanings, unless expressly stated otherwise:
Offer: Any written offer to the Buyer for the delivery of Products by the Seller to which these terms are irrevocably linked.
Consumer: The natural person who does not act in the exercise of a profession or business.
User: The natural person who actually uses a gift card.
Buyer: the Consumer who enters into an Agreement (at a distance) with the Seller.
Agreement: The purchase agreement (at a distance) that relates to the sale and delivery of Products purchased by the Buyer from GoGetStickers.
Products: The Products offered by GoGetStickers are clothing, accessories, posters, stickers, printed products.
Balance: the balance of the remaining credit.
Credit: the monetary value linked to (the unique code of) GoGetStickers and stored in the central account administration of GoGetStickers, with which the User can purchase items against the Balance stored in the central account administration.
Seller: The provider of Products to the Buyer, hereinafter: GoGetStickers.

Article 2 - Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every Offer from GoGetStickers and every Agreement between GoGetStickers and a Buyer, as well as to every Product offered by GoGetStickers.
Before an Agreement (at a distance) is concluded, the Buyer will have access to these general terms and conditions. If this is not reasonably possible, GoGetStickers will indicate to the Buyer how the Buyer can view the general terms and conditions, which are published on the GoGetStickers website, so that the Buyer can easily save these general terms and conditions on a durable data carrier.
In exceptional situations, deviations from these general terms and conditions may be made if this has been explicitly and in writing agreed upon with GoGetStickers.
These general terms and conditions also apply to additional, modified, and follow-up agreements with the Buyer. Any general and/or purchasing conditions of the Buyer are expressly rejected.
If one or more provisions of these general terms and conditions are partially or wholly null and void or are annulled, the remaining provisions of these general terms and conditions shall remain in effect, and the null and void/annulled provision(s) shall be replaced by a provision with the same meaning as the original provision.
Uncertainties regarding the content, interpretation, or situations not regulated in these general terms and conditions must be assessed and interpreted according to the spirit of these general terms and conditions.
If reference is made in these general terms and conditions to she/her, this should also be understood as a reference to he/him/his, if and to the extent applicable.

Article 3 - The Offer

All offers made by GoGetStickers are non-binding, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. If the Offer is valid for a limited time or under specific conditions, this will be explicitly mentioned in the offer. An Offer only exists when it has been documented in writing.
GoGetStickers is only bound by the Offer if the acceptance is confirmed in writing by the Buyer within 30 days, the Buyer has placed an order, or the Buyer has already paid the amount due. Nevertheless, GoGetStickers reserves the right to refuse an Agreement with a potential Buyer for a valid reason.
The Offer contains an accurate description of the offered Product with corresponding prices. The description is detailed enough for the Buyer to make a proper assessment of the Offer. Obvious mistakes or errors in the Offer cannot bind GoGetStickers. Any images and specific data in the Offer are merely indicative and cannot be grounds for any compensation or the cancellation of the Agreement (at a distance). GoGetStickers cannot guarantee that the colors in the image exactly match the actual colors of the Product.
Delivery times and deadlines mentioned in the Offer from GoGetStickers are indicative and do not give the Buyer the right to cancellation or compensation in case of exceeding them, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
A combined quotation does not obligate GoGetStickers to deliver a part of the items included in the offer or Offer at a portion of the stated price.
If and to the extent that there is an offer, this does not automatically apply to reorders. Offers are only valid while stocks last, and according to the 'first come, first served' principle.

Article 4 - Conclusion of the Agreement

The Agreement is concluded at the moment the Buyer accepts an Offer from GoGetStickers by placing an order or by paying for the relevant Product.
An Offer may be made by GoGetStickers via the website.
If the Buyer has accepted the Offer by entering into an Agreement with GoGetStickers, GoGetStickers will confirm the Agreement with the Buyer in writing, at least by email.
If the acceptance (on subordinate points) deviates from the Offer, GoGetStickers is not bound by it.
GoGetStickers is not obliged to an Offer if the Buyer could reasonably have expected or should have understood that the Offer contains an obvious mistake or typo. The Buyer cannot derive any rights from this mistake or typo.
The Buyer, being a Consumer, has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal within the statutory period of 14 days. If withdrawal is applicable, the Buyer will handle the Product and packaging carefully. They will only unpack or use the Product to the extent necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Product. The direct costs for returning the Product are the responsibility of the Buyer.
In the case of gift cards or custom-made products, the right of withdrawal for the Buyer, being a Consumer, is excluded when purchasing gift cards, if the Buyer, being a Consumer, expressly waives this right.
Products that cannot be returned after the seal has been broken due to limited shelf life, custom-made products, and/or hygienic reasons are excluded from the right of withdrawal. This is expressly stated in the Offer.

Article 5 - Execution of the Agreement

GoGetStickers will execute the Agreement to the best of its knowledge and ability.
If and to the extent that proper execution of the Agreement requires this, GoGetStickers has the right to have certain work carried out by third parties at its discretion.
The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that all information that GoGetStickers indicates is necessary or that the Buyer reasonably should understand is necessary for the execution of the Agreement is provided to GoGetStickers in a timely manner. If the information required for the execution of the Agreement is not provided to GoGetStickers in a timely manner, GoGetStickers has the right to suspend the execution of the Agreement.
In executing the Agreement, GoGetStickers is not obliged or required to follow the Buyer's instructions if this would change the content or scope of the Agreement. If the instructions result in additional work for GoGetStickers, the Buyer is obliged to reimburse the additional or supplementary costs accordingly.
GoGetStickers may require security from the Buyer or full prepayment before proceeding with the execution of the Agreement.
GoGetStickers is not liable for any damage of any kind that arises because GoGetStickers has relied on incorrect and/or incomplete information provided by the Buyer, unless this inaccuracy or incompleteness was known to GoGetStickers.
The Buyer indemnifies GoGetStickers against any claims from third parties who suffer damage in connection with the execution of the Agreement that can be attributed to the Buyer.
The Buyer can use discount coupons when purchasing a Product.

Article 6 - Gift Cards

The gift card can only be redeemed in the GoGetStickers webshop. The relevant product must be shown physically or digitally to GoGetStickers. The User does not need to show the proof of payment.
Each gift card is provided with a unique code combination (NUMBER-digit card number and security code). The Buyer and/or User must keep the gift card and the relevant purchase receipts carefully. In case of theft, loss, or unauthorized use by third parties of this code, no compensation or replacement will be provided.
The use of the gift card is no longer possible in the following situations: if the balance has been fully spent at GoGetStickers; if the business of GoGetStickers has ceased to exist, whether due to bankruptcy or not.
The gift card is valid for two years after purchase. This validity period is stated on the back of the card, along with a reference to these terms. After this period, any claim to the balance of the gift card expires.
The gift card is not redeemable for cash.
No interest is paid on the balance available on the gift card.
The Buyer or User is not allowed to use the gift card as a means of payment for the following purposes:

Use for commercial purposes;
Use in a fraudulent manner or in a way that constitutes a criminal offense (e.g., money laundering);
Use in a manner that is contrary to applicable law, infringes licenses, these general terms and conditions, or otherwise violates the rights of third parties;
(Attempted) resale of the service or any part thereof to third parties or attempts to commercially exploit the service in any way;
Use for unauthorized manipulations (hacking attacks), modifications, or restrictions of the security or functionality of the service or of this or other websites;
Use for lotteries, betting, or gambling services that do not have all the required licenses and permits to offer lotteries, betting, or gambling services in the legal systems that apply to you.

Article 7 - Printing Products

GoGetStickers delivers the products with the properties that the Buyer can normally expect under the Agreement.
Obvious typing, setting, and printing errors that could unintentionally communicate an incorrect sale price are reserved.
The colors in the images on the website and of the prints may differ due to differences in screen type, screen settings, and screen quality.
GoGetStickers will make an effort to ensure that the printing on the Products corresponds as closely as possible to reality; nevertheless, the color, position, and size of the actual printing on a garment may differ from what is displayed on the website. Minor deviations can never be a reason for rejecting the delivered Product.
It is virtually impossible to match the background color of the image to the color of the Product on which it is printed, in order to hide the background. It is not possible to determine the exact color from a screen and then assume that the printer and/or machine prints the exact same color. If this occurs, GoGetStickers cannot guarantee any result and the Buyer is obliged to accept the result.
The Buyer will not provide images and/or visual content that violate Dutch legislation. Furthermore, the Buyer assures that no third-party rights rest on the provided images and/or visual content. Any infringements of copyright or intellectual property rights will be fully borne by the Buyer.
The images and/or texts provided by the Buyer will be automatically processed by GoGetStickers. This may result in any errors not being corrected. The Buyer is responsible for this when personalizing the Products.
The dimensions shown on the website are indicative and not binding. The sizing and dimensions may vary by brand and within a brand by item and differ from each other.
If necessary for the execution of the Agreement, GoGetStickers may adjust the design of the order. An example of this is changing the format of texts and images and making a text thicker to make it more visible.
If GoGetStickers believes that the content of the Agreement is inappropriate, GoGetStickers may refuse it. It is up to GoGetStickers to determine whether something is inappropriate.

Article 8 - Advice

GoGetStickers can provide advice and create a design for the requested Product if commissioned to do so. This advice will relate to the feasibility of the Product. Its content is non-binding and merely advisory in nature, but GoGetStickers will take into account its care obligations. The Client decides independently and at their own responsibility whether to follow the advice and proceed with the execution of the Agreement.
The advice provided by GoGetStickers, in any form, shall never be considered as binding advice.
At the first request of GoGetStickers, the Client is obliged to assess the proposals provided by GoGetStickers. If GoGetStickers is delayed in its work due to the Client not or not timely assessing a proposal made by GoGetStickers, the Client is at all times responsible for the consequences arising from this, such as delays.
The nature of the services means that the result is always dependent on external factors, such as the quality of the product to be printed and the printer.
The Client shall notify GoGetStickers in writing prior to the commencement of the work of all circumstances that are or may be relevant, including any points and priorities for which the Client wishes attention.

Article 9 - Delivery

If the start, progress, or delivery of the Agreement is delayed because, for example, the Buyer has not provided all requested information in a timely manner, has not cooperated sufficiently, the (down)payment has not been received on time by GoGetStickers, or if any delay occurs due to circumstances beyond the control of GoGetStickers, GoGetStickers is entitled to a reasonable extension of the delivery period. All agreed delivery periods are never fatal deadlines. The Buyer must notify GoGetStickers in writing of the default and grant a reasonable period to still deliver. The Buyer has no right to any compensation due to the delay.
In the case of gift cards, the Buyer will receive a link after payment of the gift card, which will grant access to the product. Any errors in the provided email address are the responsibility and risk of the Buyer.
The gift card can be downloaded via a link by email and stored on a durable data carrier of the Buyer. When opening this link, a password will be requested. The Buyer should be aware that this link can only be used five times. Once the Buyer has saved the file on a data carrier, they can open the file indefinitely.
The Buyer is obliged to take delivery of the physical goods at the moment they are made available to them according to the Agreement, even if they are offered later than agreed.
If the Buyer refuses to take delivery or is negligent in providing information or instructions necessary for delivery, GoGetStickers is entitled to store the goods at the expense and risk of the Buyer.
If the Products are delivered by GoGetStickers or an external carrier, GoGetStickers, unless otherwise agreed in writing, is entitled to charge any delivery costs. These will then be invoiced separately unless expressly agreed otherwise.
If GoGetStickers requires information from the Buyer in the context of executing the Agreement, the delivery time only starts after the Buyer has provided all necessary information for execution to GoGetStickers.
If GoGetStickers has specified a delivery period, it is indicative. Longer delivery times apply for delivery outside the Netherlands.
GoGetStickers is entitled to deliver the goods in parts, unless otherwise agreed in the Agreement or if the partial delivery has no independent value. GoGetStickers is entitled to invoice the delivered goods separately.
Deliveries will only be made if all invoices have been paid unless expressly agreed otherwise. GoGetStickers reserves the right to refuse delivery if there is reasonable fear of non-payment.

Article 10 - Packaging and Transport Products

GoGetStickers commits to the Buyer to properly package the goods to be delivered and secure them in such a way that they reach their destination in good condition under normal use.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all deliveries are made including value added tax (VAT), including packaging and packaging materials.
The acceptance of goods without remarks on the waybill or receipt is considered proof that the packaging was in good condition at the time of delivery.

Article 11 - Inspection, complaints Products

Buyer is obliged to inspect the delivered goods at the time of (delivery), but in any case within 14 days after receipt of the delivered goods, but only to the extent necessary to assess whether they will keep the Product. Buyer should investigate whether the quality and quantity of the delivered goods correspond to the Agreement and whether the Products meet the requirements that apply in normal (commercial) transactions.
Buyer is required to investigate and inform themselves on how the Product should be used and, in the case of personal use, to test the Product according to the instructions for use. GoGetStickers accepts no liability for the incorrect use of the Product by Buyer.
Any visible defects or shortages must be reported in writing to GoGetStickers at info@gogetstickers.com and/or via the return form after delivery. Buyer has a period of 14 days after delivery to do so. Non-visible defects or shortages must be reported within 14 days after discovery, but no later than 6 months after delivery. In case of damage to the Product due to careless handling by Buyer, Buyer is liable for any depreciation of the Product.
If a complaint is made in a timely manner as per the previous paragraph, Buyer remains obliged to pay for the purchased goods. If Buyer wishes to return defective goods, this can only be done with prior written consent from GoGetStickers in the manner indicated by GoGetStickers.
If the Consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, they will return the Product and all accessories, as far as reasonably possible, in original condition and packaging to GoGetStickers, in accordance with GoGetStickers's return instructions. The direct costs for returns are at the expense and risk of Buyer.
GoGetStickers is entitled to initiate an investigation into the authenticity and condition of the returned Products before a refund takes place.
Refunds to Buyer will be processed as soon as possible, but payment may take up to 30 days after receipt of the return shipment. Refunds will be made to the previously provided account number.
If Buyer exercises their right of complaint, they have no right to suspend their payment obligation nor to offset outstanding invoices.
In the event of an incomplete delivery, and/or if one or more Products are missing, and this is due to GoGetStickers, GoGetStickers will send the missing Product(s) after a request from Buyer, or cancel the remaining order. The receipt confirmation of the Products is decisive in this regard. Any damage suffered by Buyer as a result of the (deviating) size of the delivery cannot be claimed from GoGetStickers.

Article 12 - Prices

During the validity period of the Offer, the prices of the offered Products will not be increased, unless there are changes in VAT rates.
The prices mentioned in the Offer are inclusive of VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.
The prices mentioned in the Offer are based on the cost factors applicable at the time of concluding the Agreement, such as: import and export duties, freight and unloading costs, insurance, and any levies and taxes.
If there are Products or raw materials that experience price fluctuations in the financial market and which GoGetStickers has no control over, GoGetStickers may offer these Products at variable prices. The Offer will indicate that the prices are indicative and may fluctuate.

Article 13 - Payment and collection policy

Payment can be made in advance or afterwards in the currency in which it was invoiced via the specified method.
The Buyer cannot derive any rights or expectations from a previously issued estimate, unless the parties have expressly agreed otherwise.
The Buyer must make payment in full to the bank account and details of GoGetStickers as communicated to them. Parties can only agree on a different payment term after explicit and written consent from GoGetStickers.
If a periodic payment obligation of the Buyer has been agreed upon, GoGetStickers is entitled to adjust the applicable prices and rates in writing with a notice period of 3 months.
In the event of liquidation, bankruptcy, seizure, or suspension of payment by the Buyer, GoGetStickers's claims against the Buyer become immediately due and payable.
GoGetStickers has the right to apply the payments made by the Buyer first to reduce costs, then to reduce the accrued interest, and finally to reduce the principal amount and the current interest. GoGetStickers may refuse a payment offer without being in default if the Buyer indicates a different order for allocation. GoGetStickers may refuse full repayment of the principal amount if the accrued and current interest as well as the costs are not also paid.
If the Buyer fails to meet their payment obligation and does not comply within the stipulated payment term of 14 days, the Buyer, being a Consumer, will first receive a written reminder with a period of 14 days from the date of the reminder to fulfill their payment obligation, along with a statement of the extrajudicial costs if the Consumer does not meet their obligations within that period, before they are in default.
From the date the Buyer is in default, GoGetStickers will claim the statutory (commercial) interest without further notice of default from the first day of default until full payment and reimbursement of extrajudicial costs in accordance with Article 6:96 of the Civil Code, calculated according to the scale from the decree on compensation for extrajudicial collection costs of July 1, 2012.
If GoGetStickers has incurred more or higher costs that are reasonably necessary, these costs will be eligible for reimbursement. The judicial and enforcement costs incurred are also the responsibility of the Buyer.

Article 14 - Retention of Title

All goods delivered by GoGetStickers remain the property of GoGetStickers until the Buyer has fulfilled all subsequent obligations arising from all agreements concluded with GoGetStickers.
The Buyer is not entitled to pledge or otherwise encumber the goods subject to the retention of title if ownership has not yet fully transferred.
If third parties seize the goods delivered under retention of title or wish to establish or assert rights to them, the Buyer is obliged to inform GoGetStickers as soon as reasonably expected.
In the event that GoGetStickers wishes to exercise its ownership rights as indicated in this article, the Buyer hereby grants unconditional and irrevocable permission and authorization to GoGetStickers or third parties designated by it to enter all places where GoGetStickers's properties are located and to take back those goods.
GoGetStickers has the right to retain the Product(s) purchased by the Buyer if the Buyer has not yet fully fulfilled its payment obligations, despite an obligation to transfer or deliver from GoGetStickers. After the Buyer has fulfilled its obligations, GoGetStickers will make every effort to deliver the purchased Products as soon as possible, but no later than within 20 working days, to the Buyer.
Costs and other (consequential) damages resulting from the retention of the purchased Products are at the expense and risk of the Buyer and will be reimbursed to GoGetStickers by the Buyer upon first request.

Article 15 - Warranty

GoGetStickers guarantees that the Products comply with the Agreement, the specifications mentioned in the offer, usability and/or quality, and the legal rules/regulations at the time of the conclusion of the Agreement. This also applies if the goods to be delivered are intended for use abroad and the Buyer has expressly notified GoGetStickers in writing of this use at the time of entering into the Agreement.
GoGetStickers does not guarantee 100% wash authenticity for printed products. The wash authenticity always depends on how the Buyer handles the Product.
The warranty on the printed Product expires if the Buyer does not adhere to the washing instructions of the relevant article, also taking into account the additional instructions below: always wash articles inside out; wash articles at no more than 30°C; never iron a print and always iron the articles inside out; clean body warmers, jackets, parkas, etc. only by hand washing or wool program; never put printed articles in a dryer; do not use liquid detergent, fabric softener, bleach, or stain remover; do not wring articles.
The following wash authenticity guarantee applies: nylon articles (wipe with a damp cloth), all caps, hats, and furthermore all articles that are not clearly provided with a washing instruction and/or which may be assumed not to be washed.
There is no warranty if: wear occurs that can be considered normal; changes have been made to the Product, including repairs that have not been carried out with the permission of GoGetStickers; proof of purchase cannot be provided, has been altered, or made unreadable; defects have occurred as a result of improper use; damage has occurred due to intent, gross negligence, or negligent maintenance.

Article 16 - Suspension and termination

GoGetStickers is entitled to suspend the fulfillment of obligations or to terminate the Agreement if the Buyer does not fulfill the (payment) obligations under the Agreement in full or at all.
Furthermore, GoGetStickers is entitled to terminate the Agreement existing between it and the Buyer, insofar as it has not yet been executed, without judicial intervention if the Buyer fails to timely or properly fulfill the obligations arising from any Agreement concluded with GoGetStickers.
Moreover, GoGetStickers is entitled to terminate the Agreement without prior notice of default if circumstances arise that make the fulfillment of the Agreement impossible or unreasonable, or if other circumstances arise that make it unreasonable to expect the unchanged maintenance of the Agreement.
If the Agreement is terminated, GoGetStickers's claims against the Buyer become immediately due and payable. When GoGetStickers suspends the fulfillment of obligations, it retains its rights under the law and the Agreement.
GoGetStickers always retains the right to claim damages.

Article 17 - Limitation of liability

If the execution of the Agreement by GoGetStickers leads to liability of GoGetStickers towards the Buyer or third parties, that liability is limited to the costs charged by GoGetStickers in connection with the Agreement unless the damage is caused by intent or gross negligence. The liability of GoGetStickers is in any case limited to the amount of damage that is paid out by the insurance company per event per year.
GoGetStickers is not liable for consequential damage, indirect damage, loss of profit and/or loss incurred, missed savings, and damage resulting from the use of the delivered Products is excluded. For Consumers, a limitation applies in accordance with what is permitted under Article 7:24 paragraph 2 of the Civil Code.
GoGetStickers is not liable for and/or obliged to repair damage caused by the use of the Product. GoGetStickers provides strict maintenance and usage instructions that must be followed by the Buyer. All damage to Products resulting from wearing and using is expressly excluded from liability (including wear and tear, usage damage, false damage, light and water damage, theft, loss, etc.).
GoGetStickers is not liable for damage that is the result of or may result from any action or omission based on (incomplete and/or incorrect) information on the website(s) or from linked websites.
GoGetStickers is not responsible for errors and/or irregularities in the functionality of the website and is not liable for disruptions or for the website being unavailable for any reason.
GoGetStickers does not guarantee the correct and complete transmission of the content of emails sent by and on behalf of GoGetStickers, nor for their timely receipt.
All claims of the Buyer due to non-performance on the part of GoGetStickers expire if they are not reported in writing and with reasons to GoGetStickers within a year after the Buyer was aware or could reasonably have been aware of the facts on which they base their claims. All claims of the Buyer expire in any case one year after the termination of the Agreement.

Article 18 - Force Majeure

GoGetStickers is not liable when it is unable to fulfill its obligations under the Agreement due to a force majeure situation, nor can it be held to fulfill any obligation if it is hindered from doing so due to a circumstance that is not attributable to its fault and does not fall under its responsibility according to law, legal act, or prevailing opinions in traffic.
Force majeure is understood to include, but is not limited to, what is defined in law and jurisprudence, (i) force majeure of suppliers of GoGetStickers, (ii) the improper fulfillment of obligations by suppliers prescribed or recommended to GoGetStickers by the Buyer, (iii) defects in goods, equipment, software, or materials from third parties, (iv) government measures, (v) power outages, (vi) disruptions of internet, data network, and telecommunications facilities (for example: due to cybercrime and hacking), (vii) natural disasters, (viii) war and terrorist attacks, (ix) general transportation problems, (x) strikes in the business of GoGetStickers, and (xi) other situations that, in the opinion of GoGetStickers, fall outside its sphere of influence that temporarily or permanently prevent the fulfillment of its obligations.
GoGetStickers has the right to invoke force majeure if the circumstance that prevents (further) fulfillment occurs after GoGetStickers was supposed to fulfill its obligation.
During the period that the force majeure continues, the parties may suspend the obligations under the Agreement. If this period lasts longer than two months, either party is entitled to terminate the Agreement, without obligation to compensate the other party for damages.
To the extent that GoGetStickers has partially fulfilled its obligations under the Agreement at the time of the occurrence of force majeure or will be able to fulfill them, and the fulfilled or to be fulfilled portion has independent value, GoGetStickers is entitled to invoice the already fulfilled or to be fulfilled portion separately. The Buyer is obliged to pay this invoice as if it were a separate Agreement.

Article 19 - Transfer of Risk

The risk of loss or damage to the Products that are the subject of the Agreement passes to the Buyer at the moment the Products are made available to the Buyer. This occurs when the Products are delivered to the Buyer's delivery address.

Article 20 - Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights and copyrights of GoGetStickers are exclusively held by GoGetStickers and are not transferred to the Buyer.
The Buyer is prohibited from disclosing and/or reproducing, modifying, or making available to third parties any materials on which the intellectual property rights and copyrights of GoGetStickers rest without the express prior written consent of GoGetStickers. If the Buyer wishes to make changes to goods supplied by GoGetStickers, GoGetStickers must explicitly agree to the proposed changes.
The Buyer is prohibited from using the Products on which the intellectual property rights of GoGetStickers rest in any manner other than agreed upon in the Agreement.

Article 21 - Privacy, data processing and security

GoGetStickers handles the (personal) data of the Buyer and visitors to the website(s) with care. If requested, GoGetStickers will inform the data subject about this.
If GoGetStickers is required to provide information security under the Agreement, this security will meet the agreed specifications and a level of security that, considering the state of technology, the sensitivity of the data, and the associated costs, is not unreasonable.

Article 22 - Complaints

If the Buyer is not satisfied with the Products from GoGetStickers and/or has complaints about the (execution of the) Agreement, the Buyer is obliged to report these complaints as soon as possible, but no later than 14 calendar days after the relevant event that led to the complaint. Complaints can be reported via info@gogetstickers.com with the subject 'Complaint'.
The complaint must be sufficiently substantiated and/or explained by the Buyer for GoGetStickers to be able to process the complaint.
GoGetStickers will respond to the complaint as soon as possible, but no later than 14 calendar days after receipt of the complaint.
The parties will try to jointly reach a solution.

Article 23 - Applicable law

Dutch law applies to every Agreement between GoGetStickers and Buyer. The applicability of the (CISG) Vienna Sales Convention is expressly excluded.
In case of interpretation of the content and scope of these general terms and conditions, the Dutch text shall always prevail. GoGetStickers has the right to unilaterally amend these general terms and conditions.
All disputes arising from or in connection with the Agreement between GoGetStickers and Buyer shall be settled by the competent court in Amsterdam unless mandatory provisions lead to the jurisdiction of another court.
